Akram Okeili is a seasoned management advisor with more than 17 years in the Family Business Advisory domain. In addition to being a leader in emerging market strategy, Akram is a veteran Family Business Expert, a Governance & Restructuring Expert and a savvy Estate Planner.
Akram advised more than 60 Family-Owned Businesses in Saudi Arabia, designed their Enterprise Legal Structure, institutionalized their Governance and Succession Planning journey, established their Family Offices and devised their Next-Generation Family Members' Engagement and Development Strategies.
Akram has also advised Family-Owned Businesses on expansion strategies including Portfolio Strategy and Rationalization, Re-organizations, optimal M&A scenarios, disposals, alternative investments advisory and capital raising solutions involving equity and debt financing.
With a return to university in 2008, Akram Okeili earned an Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Beirut.
